Our buckwheat granola is a very rich mix of cranberries, organic NZ blackcurrants; sulphite free NZ dried apples, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and coconut in a lightly toasted NZ grown buckwheat base. It ideal as a power snack or as a topping, as well as being a rich breakfast option. Gluten Free buckwheat granola does not contain any oats and is processed in a separate area of the kitchen.
Please don’t be misled by the name ‘buckwheat’, it is not a wheat or a cereal, it is a small seed of the same family of plants as rhubarb.
We do not add any sugar to this granola, it all comes from the fruit.
Our granolas are exceptionally well balanced foods, with high levels of plant proteins, healthy oils, slow digesting carbohydrates, and dietary fibre.
‘Granola’ means different things in different countries. We use ‘granola’ to mean a much richer mix than our breakfast mueslis, higher in fruit or nuts, with many more things in it.
