Rough rolled oats are organic Canterbury grown oats, rolled by a simple process that leaves them with much more texture than normal rolled oats. They cook quickly in the microwave or a pot and don’t need any pre-soaking. Rough rolled oats are Tim’s favourite for making a porridge breakfast.

Nutrition: They are just oats, and oats are a super food, high in slow digesting carbohydrates and rich in fibre, including beta-glucan which has been shown to help reduce cholesterol. They also have good quantities of plant proteins.
