A delicious blend of oats and seeds baked with fresh lemons and oranges, ground ginger and brown sugar. We then blend it with crystallised ginger and delicious roasted Swannanoa walnuts.
Like all our other foods, it has a healthy nutrition profile with 12% protein, 18% healthy oils, 7.5% sugars and 9.4% fibre, and is set up to keep you fuller for longer.
